Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on requirements.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers.
Maintaining candidate databases and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Assisting with onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Assisting in preparing HR-related documents like offer letters, NDAs, and contracts.
Organizing and filing paperwork related to employee records, benefits, and compliance.
Maintaining records of training attendance and feedback.
Assisting in collecting and verifying employee timesheets or attendance.
Helping with basic payroll or benefits-related queries.
Shadowing senior HR team members to understand HR operations.
Taking part in brainstorming sessions for HR process improvement.
Providing ad-hoc administrative support wherever needed.
Key Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree (HR related stream)
Freshers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
