About the Role:



We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a

fresher

to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and understand real-world HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels Maintain and update HR databases and employee records Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires Assist in drafting and sending official HR communications Help organize employee engagement activities and events Maintain proper documentation for HR operations Support day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination within the HR department

Requirements:



Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR practices and procedures is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
