Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic
HR Intern - Recruitment
to support our South Regional HR team. This role involves end-to-end sourcing, shortlisting the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements from the HR - South Regional Manager and hiring teams
Proactively
source candidates
using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals
Screen resumes
and assess candidates based on job role fitment
Conduct
initial telephonic screenings
to evaluate communication skills and job alignment
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring manager
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and share updates with the regional HR
Provide timely feedback on candidate progress and flag any hiring challenges
Assist in documentation and offer communication for selected candidates
Who Should Apply
Students/fresh graduates pursuing or holding a degree in
HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good judgment of candidate-job fit
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing methods
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Highly organized and self-motivated
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
