Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, orientation coordination, and exit interviews.
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and employee development strategies.
Assist in drafting internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and HR updates.
Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for improving internal processes.
