We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our
recruitment efforts. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent
acquisition and looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' suitability
Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking sheets
Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for interview feedback and selection status
Support the onboarding process for selected candidates
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related
field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
