Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
Support onboarding and induction processes.
Help organize employee engagement activities.
Draft HR-related letters, mails, and documents.
Coordinate with teams for attendance and leave management.
Assist in HR compliance and policy implementation.
Requirements:
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
