Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events etc.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
