Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
Support onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires.
Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, and other communications.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help with day-to-day HR operations as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Eager to learn and take initiative.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
