We are looking for a dynamic individual who can go beyond traditional HR responsibilities. This role is not limited to just handling human resources - we need someone who can actively manage and oversee day-to-day operations, identify gaps or areas of improvement, and confidently guide management on what actions need to be taken.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of both people-related processes and operational workflows. You will play a crucial role in helping the leadership team make informed decisions by providing insights from the ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations and support HR functions.
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in both people and process management.
Act as a bridge between teams and upper management.
Provide regular feedback to leadership on operational challenges and opportunities.
Support with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining workplace culture.
Monitor performance metrics and help implement strategic initiatives.

Prior experience in HR or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and organizational skills
