Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

HR Intern

to support our

Training and Placement Department

. The intern will assist in student counselling, placement coordination, corporate outreach, and HR operations. The position offers a great learning opportunity in the HR and EdTech domain, with the potential to be absorbed full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing student placement activities and maintaining placement records. Coordinate with companies for campus drives, internships, and recruitment opportunities. Support in organizing seminars, webinars, and mock interview sessions. Help in screening student profiles and aligning them with suitable job openings. Conduct counselling sessions for students regarding career opportunities and soft skills. Manage communication between students, trainers, and recruiters. Support HR operations such as attendance, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Prepare reports and updates for management on placement status and training progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/BBA preferred) - specialization in

HR, Marketing, or related fields

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR & EdTech environment.
