Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
HR Operations:
Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll documentation and leave management processes.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
Contribute to HR analytics and reporting (attendance, recruitment status, etc.).
