HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our HR and administrative functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations. Based on performance, the intern will be considered for conversion to a

full-time HR Executive role

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling Support candidate follow-ups and interview coordination Assist in employee onboarding and documentation Help maintain employee records and HR databases Support attendance tracking for factory and warehouse staff Assist in payroll data preparation and HR MIS reports Help with PF & ESI documentation and employee records Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities

Eligibility & Skills Required:

Graduate / Final-year student in HR, Management, Commerce, or related fields Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage Proficient in

Google Sheets / MS Excel

Good with numbers and data handling Energetic, eager to learn, and willing to take responsibility Good communication and coordination skills

Internship to Full-Time Opportunity:

Interns who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and learning ability during the internship period will be

considered for a full-time position

with the company.
