We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks while learning about workplace policies and professional practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Help with payroll, attendance, and leave records
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations
Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information
Support daily HR administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
