The HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, documentation, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain recruitment databases
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files and HR databases
Update personal, attendance, and payroll records
Prepare offer letters, joining letters, and ID cards
3. Onboarding & Training
Assist in onboarding new employees
Help prepare induction materials
Support training sessions and workshops
4. Attendance & Payroll Support
Track attendance and leave records
Assist in payroll data preparation
Help with salary slips and employee queries
5. HR Operations
Respond to employee inquiries
Support employee engagement activities
Maintain confidentiality of HR data
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or pursuing degree in
HR, Business, or Management
Basic knowledge of
HR processes
Good communication skills
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Organized and detail-oriented
