Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening resumes, interview scheduling).
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes.
Assist in attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Help in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
