We are looking for an HR Intern to support our hiring and daily HR activities. The role involves assisting with recruitment, document preparation and maintaining employee-related records.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and social media
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate candidates for subsequent interview rounds
Prepare HR documents including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Consultant Agreements and Intern Letters
Assist in drafting and managing NDAs and other basic HR-related documents
Maintain and update employee records and the internal HR database
Support day-to-day recruitment and HR administrative activities
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and basic organizational tools
Ability to handle tasks responsibly and maintain confidentiality
