Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events
Conduct research on HR best practices and current trends
Help prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
NOTE - STIPEND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE A VERY GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF HR FUNCTIONS
