2. Job Posting
Draft and post job openings across various job portals and social media platforms.
Ensure JD accuracy and update postings regularly for better visibility.
3. Resume Screening
Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Classify candidates according to experience, skills, and suitability.
4. Interview Coordination
Contact shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews (telephonic/F2F/online).
Share interview reminders and follow-up messages.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview availability.
5. Candidate Engagement
Explain job roles, company details, salary structure, and interview process to candidates.
Maintain professional and timely communication.
6. Database Management
Update candidate information, interview status, and feedback in Excel or ATS.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports.
