Key Responsibilities:



Assist with

recruitment activities

, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support

onboarding

and offboarding processes by preparing documents, induction materials, and orientation schedules. Maintain and update

employee records

, HR databases, and documentation. Help in organizing

employee engagement activities

, events, and training programs. Assist in preparing

HR reports

, attendance records, and dashboards. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data (if required). Contribute to policy implementation, compliance tasks, and HR process improvements. Respond to basic employee queries and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:



Pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor's degree

in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Strong interest in Human Resources and people-focused work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,472.08 - ₹12,000.00 per month
