We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate HR Interns to join our team for a 6-month internship program. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers and students who want to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Assist in drafting HR letters, forms, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Support HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Learn and contribute to payroll and attendance tracking.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
