Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Intern

to join our HR team in Chennai.
This is a full-time, office-based internship designed to give hands-on experience in

Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement

within a fast-growing health & wellness organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Assist in

end-to-end recruitment

for Non-IT, Sales, and Operations roles. Handle

sourcing, screening, and coordination

of interviews via job portals and social media. Support

bulk/volume hiring drives

for retail and field sales roles. Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). Eager to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates or final-year students can apply. Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
