Job Responsibilities:



Talent Sourcing & Screening:

Identify and attract top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.

Candidate Assessment:

Conduct initial screening, interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client needs.

Client Coordination:

Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.

Database Management:

Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate profiles and job openings.

Employer Branding:

Promote CareerSource as a preferred recruitment partner.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company and legal guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
