Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records. Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners. Coordinate with internal teams for internship and full-time hiring requirements. Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, and internship agreements. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations. Help in organizing training sessions, events, and internal communication drives. Support HR compliance, attendance tracking, and documentation activities.

Skills & Requirements:



Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in HR and people management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of recruitment tools or ATS (Zoho Recruit, Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus. Positive attitude, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.
