As a Junior HR Intern at ProTeam Softwares India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team with various tasks and projects. Your proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, spoken and written English, and MS Word will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and team bonding.
Assist in performance management processes by tracking employee KPIs and providing necessary support.
Handle other administrative tasks such as preparing reports, drafting emails, and managing HR documentation.
