We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes -- sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support in employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and personnel records.
Help coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities.
Draft and circulate HR communications, memos, and policy updates.
Assist in performance review coordination and feedback collection.
Support in compliance and HR audit requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
