Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities -- job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
Support new hire onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
Support HR audits, compliance, and reporting tasks
Coordinate with vendors for training or background verification
Provide general administrative and HR support
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and work in a team
