The HR Intern will support the HR department in day-to-day activities including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and other HR operations, gaining practical exposure to core HR functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documents.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Provide support in payroll and attendance management.
Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
Handle basic employee queries and escalate when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
