Job Description

This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources operations, offering an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance in a real-world setting. You'll work closely with the HR team to support daily functions and gain insights into the HR profession.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and databases Assist in organizing HR events and initiatives Help develop HR policies and procedures Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement activities Conduct research on HR best practices, trends, and compliance topics

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus (but not required)
