Job Description

We are looking to hire a talented intern who is fluent in Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Malayalam.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Malayalam and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

Pre-Recruitment Phase

1. Job Requisition Management: Manage job requisitions from hiring managers, ensuring accurate job descriptions and requirements.

Sourcing and Attraction

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

2. Job Posting and Advertising: Create and publish job postings on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media.

3. Employer Branding: Develop and maintain the company's employer brand and reputation.

Application and Selection

1. Application Management: Manage candidate applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

2. Initial Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidate applications, resumes, and cover letters.

3. Phone and Video Interviews: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.

4. In-Person Interviews: Coordinate and participate in in-person interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹3,800.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
