This role involves coordination with culinary, marketing, supply chain and customer service teams to successfully implement innovative ideas and drive business growth. The responsibilities are
Lead planning and execution of new cafe setups.
Monitoring of cafe operations.
Overseeing budgets and resource allocation for cafe projects.
Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and service standards.
Maintain documentation of project plans, progress reports and post-launch reviews.
Facility management of existing outlets.
Event management.
Collaborate with chefs, baristas and interior designs to ensure concept alignment and brand consistency.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends.
Train and Guide staff involved in new projects.
