Roles & Responsibilities:
? Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
? Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
? Executing recruitment plans efficiently and handling End-end recruitment process.
? Handling of administration and record-keeping.
? Drafting and posting job descriptions.
? Conducting new employee orientations and assisting with onboarding procedures.
? Maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documents are up to date.
? Coordinating programs, Hosting monthly events and employee development initiatives.
? Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
? Employee's daily attendance management and generating the reports on monthly bases.
