An HR intern provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, assisting with various tasks like data entry, record maintenance, recruitment, Performance Monitoring and onboarding. They also support HR initiatives and may contribute to research and policy development.
Key Responsibilities of an HR Intern:
Maintaining employee records and databases.
Assisting with data entry and filing of HR documents.
Preparing reports and documents.
Screening resumes and applications.
Scheduling interviews.
Assisting with onboarding new hires.
Assisting with employee satisfaction surveys.
Supporting employee training and development programs.
Researching HR topics and contributing to policy development.
Assisting with compliance and legal requirements.
Staying up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
Performing other duties as assigned by HR supervisors.
May assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources. (MBA Preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10K per month

2.5-4 LPA (Performance-based)
