Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support HR documentation, including drafting offer letters, policies, and reports.
Contribute to employee data management and HR MIS reports.
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Participate in performance management and learning & development initiatives.
Conduct market research and benchmarking on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
