We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources department. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and understand workplace dynamics in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Help onboard new hires by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
Assist in organizing training and development programs
Help draft HR policies, procedures, and communications
Manage HR-related queries and provide administrative support
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
