About the Role:
We are looking for a
HR Intern
who is passionate about Human Resource Management and eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a growing organization. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, coordinating interviews).
Maintain employee records and handle onboarding formalities.
Assist in HR documentation, attendance, and leave tracking.
Support HR activities like performance reviews, feedback sessions, etc.
Help organize employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Draft internal emails, HR notices, and policy communication.
Required Skills:
Completed MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions, recruitment, and employee management.
Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Eligibility Criteria:
Female candidates preferred.
MBA (HR) completed.
Available for immediate joining.
Willing to work onsite from our office location.
