We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to understand and contribute to HR operations in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees and interns.
Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support the HR team in performance management and feedback collection.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related documentation and communications.
Ensure proper documentation of HR policies, forms, and processes.
Learn and support payroll and compliance processes as needed.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology / or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
