Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with HR executives.
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
Help maintain HR records and update employee databases.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
Provide support in daily administrative HR tasks.
Participate in HR meetings and take notes for documentation purposes.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
