Role Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resource process and exposure to HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing recruitment processes and job postings Help coordinate interviews and candidate communication Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation Assist in onboarding processes for new employees Contribute to HR administrative tasks and data management Support in creating and updating HR policies and procedures

Requirements

Completed a degree in Human Resources. Strong interest in HR and people management Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Quick learner with a proactive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
