Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist with HR documentation, such as preparing offer letters, ID cards, and maintaining personnel files.

Help plan and coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Support payroll and attendance data collection as needed.

Conduct initial orientation sessions for new interns or employees.

Assist with compliance and company policy adherence tasks.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
