Job Description

This internship at Osforh Software Solutions offers hands-on experience in HR within a technology environment, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:



Support recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Assist with new hire onboarding. Maintain employee records and databases. Help with performance management tasks. Assist in organizing company events and engagement initiatives. Address employee HR queries. Conduct HR research and support policy development. Collaborate with department managers.

Requirements:



Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
