Assist in recruitment and selection processes
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support performance management processes
Handle basic employee queries and grievances
Coordinate training and development programs
Maintain attendance and leave records
Assist in Admin related activities
Assist in exit interviews and offboarding processes
Assist in payroll processing and verification
Support salary calculations and deductions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
