Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and documentation.
Participate in HR operations such as drafting letters, maintaining files, and coordinating with departments.
Support in organizing training & employee engagement activities.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Eligibility
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (students pursuing final year can also apply)
