Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
Stay current on HR trends and best practices
Provide training and development opportunities for employees
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
