About the Role
Closing Gap is looking for motivated and detail oriented HR Interns to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This role provides structured exposure to recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, coordination, and onboarding support in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Coordination
Support sourcing of candidates through job portals and professional networks
Assist in initial screening and communication with candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and follow ups
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
HR Operations Support
Assist with onboarding documentation and basic HR processes
Support internal HR team with day to day coordination tasks
Ensure proper documentation and process tracking
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate with candidates and internal teams in a professional manner
Support coordination with recruitment partners when required
Eligibility
Students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a structured and professional environment
Basic computer knowledge and internet access
Skills Required

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
