Sifars is expanding its HR team! We're looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven individuals who are eager to kick-start or grow their careers in Human Resources. This role will provide hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, talent engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Coordinate and manage job postings across various platforms.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Support in onboarding formalities and documentation.
Engage with potential candidates professionally through calls and emails.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Assist in employer branding activities and campus outreach (as applicable).
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
Smart interaction and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Cold calling skills and confidence in initiating conversations with potential candidates.
Knowledge of job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Basic understanding of the recruitment process is a plus.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
