About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

HR Intern

to join our

Talent Acquisition (TA) team

. This is an

internship

designed for freshers or students looking to

gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, interview coordination, and HR operations

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

sourcing candidates

via job portals Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels

Screen resumes

and conduct initial candidate interactions Support in

scheduling interviews

and maintaining candidate databases Help in

onboarding documentation and HR coordination

Learn and support

TA reporting, ATS usage, and hiring analytics

What You Will Learn

End-to-end understanding of

Talent Acquisition processes

Professional

communication with candidates and hiring managers

Exposure to real-time

HR tools and recruitment strategies

Experience in

interview coordination and evaluation practices

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA HR / BBA / Psychology / Commerce students

Strong

communication skills

(English ) Basic understanding of

MS Excel / Google Sheets

Available for

minimum 2-3 months

(Remote / Onsite - specify as needed)
