Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and assist in documentation.
Support onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Help in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with various departments for staffing and HR support.
Ensure HR databases and trackers are regularly updated.
Eligibility:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
High sense of confidentiality and organizational ability.
