Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls as needed.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
