Role & responsibilities:
Screening potential employees resumes to identify suitable candidates.
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Posting job openings on various job posting sites and social media platforms.
Organizing new hire orientations.
Assisting with HR-related reports and employee queries.
Required Skills:
Experience with MS Office.
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Should have experience in a similar junior HR role.
Experience-minimum 6 months
