Key Responsibilities

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations Analyze HR and business data to generate insights, dashboards, and performance reports Understand and assess the 360-degree psychological traits of the individuals to identify strengths, learning patterns, and development needs Assist in workforce planning, attrition analysis, and productivity metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals Prepare MIS reports and present analytical findings to leadership Continuously identify process improvements using data and insights

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI / SQL is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment A true self-starter with a passion for data-driven problem-solving
